Review of policy and legislation relating to the use of management of mangroves in Fiji

Abstract

Fiji has the third most abundant stands of mangroves in the Pacific island region. The largest formations of mangrove in Fiji are found in deltas at the mouth of some of the large rivers in Ba, Rewa, Nadi, and Dreketi.
