Abstract

This booklet seeks to be more inclusive and open. Human science is the second fundamental pillar to understand the ocean and the related socio-economic issues. This publication is therefore a mix of "hard" and "soft" sciences, intended to stimulate international reflection on adaptation strategies, persistent gaps and individual behavior, as well as provide a sound basis for understanding human challenges and adapted solutions.
