Submission to the Cabinet waste management committee intergrated program to develop the Tapuhia waste management facility and upgrade Nuku'alofa's solid waste collection system.

Successful development and operation of the proposed Tapuhia Waste Management Facility ( WMF ) will involve undertaking activities other than simply the establishment and operation on the WMF. The proposed Tapuhia WMF will be centrally located on the island of Tongatapu and will provide a modern waste management facility that may serve the whole of the island including the rural villages around the lagoon.
