P A C C C O M P O N E N T S : To achieve its objectives PACC Tuvalu focuses on long- term planned adaptation response strategies, policies and implementation strategies. The Project is designed with three (3) inherently related components and outcomes, in order of: 1) M A I N S T R E A M I N G : Integrate climate change risk into national and sector policies, strategies and related instruments through reviewing existing, developing new frameworks; 2) I M P L E M E N T A T I O N : Implement on-the-ground demonstration adaptation measures in selected pilot communities, and develop technical guidelines based in them; 3 ) P O L I C I E S , L E S S O N S L E A R N T : Systematically build capacity of national stakeholder through a set of regional and national level training, knowledge management and communications actions.
