Needs Analysis for Weather Services in Kiribati - Review by Meteorological Service of New Zealand Limited

Abstract

The Kiribati Meteorological Division provides a good meteorological service to Kiribati within the limitations of old infrastructure and limited training. By the renewing of the old infrastructure and capacity building of key staffing positions it will be possible to improve all meteorological functions.
