Interchange of Pollutants between the Atmosphere and the Oceans.

This report actually presents the results of the two sessions of the WMO-led Working Group on the Interchange of Pollutants between the Atmosphere and the Oceans. The working group was established by the interagency group of Experts on the Scientific Aspects of Marine Pollution in 1975. The first session of the Working Group was held in Dubrovnik, Yugoslavia, in October 1977 and the second one at the Pacific Environemnt Institute.
