Guidance to Pacific Island countries and territories in the development of national maritime transport policy

Abstract

This guide aims at providing some basic information to assist PICTs in the development of their national maritime transport policy. The guidelines set out below are therefore designed to encourage PICTs to draw up their own national maritime transport policy, in close collaboration with all stakeholders, and to enhance and facilitate cooperation at all levels.
