Elizabeth and Middleton Reefs : marine national, nature reserve plan management

This Plan will come into operation on the day immediately following the last day upon which a resolution disallowing the Plan of Management could have been passed by either House of Parliament (Section 12, National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975). Unless sooner revoked, the Plan will have effect for approximately ten years from the day of coming into operation. This Plan Management has been prepared in pursuance of Section 11 of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975.
