The Thirtieth SPREP Meeting (30SM) of Officials was held virtually from 7 – 9 September 2021. This was followed by the Ministerial High Level Talanoa on the 10th September 2021.

The first Executive Board was held on 10 and 11 September, 2018 in Apia, Samoa.

The Twenty-eighth SPREP Meeting of Officials (28SM) was held from 19-21 September 2017, in Apia, Samoa. Present at the Meeting were representatives from American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Republic of the Marshall Islands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United Kingdom, United States and Wallis and Futuna.

The Twenty-seventh SPREP Meeting of Officials and High Level Ministerial Segment (27SM) was held from 19-22 September, 2016 in Alofi, Niue. Present at the Meeting were representatives from American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Republic of the Marshall Islands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United Kingdom, United States and Wallis and Futuna.

The 25th SPREP Meeting of Officials was held from 30 September to 3 October 2014 in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands.

The Sixth SPREP Meeting (formerly called the Intergovernmental Meeting) was convened in Suva, Fiji, on 20-22 September 1993. Representatives of the following SPREP member countries and territories attended: American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United States of America, and Western Samoa. Advisers also attended from the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the Forum Secretariat, the South Pacific Commission (SPC) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Observers from a range of regional, international and non-government organisations were also present.

The Seventh SPREP Meeting was convened in Tarawa. Kiribati. 11 13 October 199-1 Representatives of the following SPREP member countries and territories attended: American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, France, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United States of America, Wallis and Futuna and Western Samoa. Advisers also attended from the South Pacific Forum Secretariat and the South Pacific Applied Geoscience Commission (SOPAC). Observers from a range of regional, international and non-government organisations were also present.

The 19th SPREP Meeting (19SM) was convened in Palikir, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia from 8 to 12 September 2008. Representatives of the following SPREP countries and territories attended: American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United States of America, and Wallis and Futuna. Observers from regional, international and non-governmental organizations were present.
