Abstract

Training resource to support delivery of the accompanying PowerPoint for facilitating the organics training session, including speaking notes, facilitator guidance and step-by-step instructions fro delivery for both the class-room and hands-on components of the course. Part of a broader suite of resources aimed at improving organic waste management, these training resources help divert organic materials from landfill and turn waste into valuable resource. The facilitator guide can be used for trainers, officers and facility operators seeking to undertake training on compost facility operation.
